By electronically signing this form, you agree to enter into a business relationship with Clean Green Lawn Care. At the end of each month, you will receive an invoice detailing all services rendered during that period. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice issuance; failure to do so will result in a cessation of services and a possible 10% late fee. Following this, you have an additional 7-day grace period to settle the outstanding balance. If payment is not received by the agreed-upon date, the unpaid bill will be forwarded to collections.

Clean Green Lawn Care is responsible for providing a comprehensive list of services and agreed-upon prices for your properties, which may be communicated via paper, email, or other electronic means.

Your signature confirms your understanding and acceptance of the above policy, obligating you to fulfill payments for services rendered by Clean Green Lawn Care.

*All package deals are for the current season and typically end in October. This range of services for an entire season is 6 to 7 months.

*All services include only what is listed with corresponding package. Packages do not include irrigation/sprinkler repairs, irrigation/sprinkler diagnosis, seasonal cleanup, pruning of shrubs or tending flower beds,  seeding lawns, and treating lawn diseases.
